If, for example, you receive an abaya with a manufacturing defect, incorrect size, or it doesn’t match the description provided online, you can initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our customer service team with details and we’ll guide you through the return process.

International Orders:

• Exchange/Return: At Alkhalat Shop, we regret to inform you that we do not currently offer an Exchange/Return policy for international orders. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we encourage you to contact our customer care department for further assistance.

Please keep in mind the following guidelines:

• Prior to opening your order, we kindly request that you take pictures of the package and invoice and keep them with you.
• In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged article, having these pictures will facilitate the resolution process.

• International Delivery Timeframe: When sending parcels from Pakistan to international destinations, the anticipated delivery time is typically between 14 to 21 working days. This timeframe includes processing, transit, and customs procedures, ensuring your parcels reach their international destinations within a reasonable period.
  
• Advance Payment: All international orders must be accompanied by an advance payment. This ensures that your order is processed and prepared for shipment in a timely manner.
• Shipping Arrangements: We will coordinate with reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and the size of the order.
• Customs and Duties: Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the regulations of your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
